Dr. Reena Srivastava

Dr. Reena Srivastava is a seasoned academician with over 28 years of teaching experience, currently serving as Assistant Professor in the Department of Education at National P.G. College. She holds a Ph.D. in Education from University of Lucknow and has made significant contributions to teaching, academic administration, and curriculum development. She is an active member of the Board of Studies and Evaluation Cell at the college and has served as an examiner for leading institutions, including Indira Gandhi National Open University, U.P. Rajarshi Tandon Open University, and the University of Lucknow. She is also an approved academic counselor for IGNOU and UPRTOU. Dr. Srivastava has actively contributed to national initiatives such as Unnat Bharat Abhiyan and has played a vital role in curriculum design, model answer development, and evaluation processes. She has convened Faculty Development Programmes (FDPs) and webinars, and has been instrumental in organizing seminars, conferences, and institutional events, including serving as the In-charge of the Annual Cultural Fest. She also serves as the Ranger In-charge for Rangers and Rovers unit at the college. Her academic outreach extends beyond the institution through lectures delivered at various colleges and universities and active participation in professional forums. She has served as a panelist with the State Council of Educational Research and Training, contributing to the evaluation, refinement, and selection of innovative educational models at the state level. She is associated with organizations such as Awadh Vigyan Bharti and Vishwaroop Educational and Welfare Society (NGO). She has also contributed to academic literature through book editing and chapter writing, and continues to engage actively in research, teaching, and community-oriented educational initiatives.
